
The beginning of the year is a time of resolution for most people. Very often, we want to get rid of addictions and take care of our health. Still on January 1, on a small hangover, we repeat ourselves as a mantra, I start from tomorrow … However, when the dust falls on New Year’s Eve with the implementation of our resolutions it varies.

Let’s assume, however, this optimistic variant that we have overcome our internal resistance and managed to start, because as with everything it is hardest to start. After the first 7 days we are full of enthusiasm and the effect of novelty and desire to achieve the goal pushes us forward. After another few days, when the first contractions and soreness appear and our sofa calls us longingly, the first doubts begin to appear. Why was it not so bad for me? Maybe I will give up today and catch up tomorrow. Today my head hurts, today I am not in shape. STOP! Precisely because I was not in shape, I started to do it so what’s up?
How do you find inner power?
You often hear that the only barrier is YOU alone and everything is in your head. This is true, but only as a general. What to do when you just don’t want to? For me, a good solution is to define a specific short-term goal that is within your reach … legs? Specifically, by the end of the month I will exercise 3 times a week and throw 2,4,6 kg. And write this goal wherever you like on a paper or electronic calendar. It’s simple, but there must be something else. Add 3 reasons why you do it and decide with yourself what reward you will receive for achieving this goal. If you think that you don’t have to do anything but you do it for a specific reason and the prize is waiting for you, you want to do it somehow. The exercise diary is very helpful, nothing is as sad as the empty headings in the places where the results of the exercises should be recorded.
