Welcome to 2020. Goals and plans.

The beginning of the year is always a time of resolutions, goals and plans. I also have such and decided to post them on the blog so that next year at the same time I could check what went well and what I didn’t even start doing 🙂

Everyone at the beginning of the year has a desire to change something in their lives. Some quit smoking, others drink, someone wants to change jobs and someone else wife. All these ideas have one common denominator and that is persistence. Statistically speaking, only 1 in 10 people will start doing something towards their decisions and 1 in 100 will implement their plan.

Is it worth answering one important question at the beginning of your path? For what purpose did I challenge myself and what I will achieve thanks to it. Because simply throwing words into the air without a specific purpose is not of great value to us.

If you want to stop smoking, first of all you need to know why. On some, the economic aspect will work well, i.e. how much you spend on cigarettes every day. Someone else may want to take care of your health and a desire to improve their condition, here you may also want to start exercising. If you decide to take action, write on the card all the motives that determine you to act and also answer all objections that may come to your mind, because moments of doubt and laziness will appear faster than you think. Thanks to your notes, you will quickly find motivation to continue and support your perseverance.

The above method works for every purpose, plan and dream that has occurred in your head. Something that at first seems unattainable and large, after dismantling the first parts is easier and possible to do immediately. If you want to lose weight by 20 or 30 kg you can not stop eating from day to day and run a daily marathon, because just as the lengthy process is to gain weight, so twice the slower process is losing excess kilograms.

In many guides you can find information that your goal must be SMART, you can agree with it or on the contrary, I think that most SMART should be ourselves and arrange our plan so that its implementation is not our unpleasant duty, but rather striving to improve my situation which at the end of the day, week, month and year will give us a sense of enormous satisfaction and happiness.

In 2020, I wish you and myself a lot, happiness, satisfaction and perseverance in pursuit of goals, and I write plans to achieve in a calendar that I made, if any of them you like, then buy 🙂 Below links on Amazon. Best regards and good luck.
